Save failure reporting
A failed edit no longer disappears silently. A data source can accept a save, report success, and then say it changed nothing, and Groundwork used to take that at face value: the app carried on as though the edit had been saved, and the change was gone the next time the layer was read.
That case is now treated as a failed save, and gets the same full-screen message as any other. The message names the layer and what happened, and cannot be dismissed. The app stops until you choose Try again or discard the change and load the latest.
How to try it
There is nothing to press for this one. It shows up only when a data source reports a save as changing no records. Previously the change disappeared without a word; now the app stops and says so.
