Photos on a record
A map can be set up so that one of a record’s fields holds a photo. Where it is, the record shows the photo across the panel’s width above its fields, in place of the stored path.
The feature’s own card shows a small square beside its text: the photo on that feature’s most recent record. A record with no photo shows none, and so does one whose photo cannot be read.
Nothing in Groundwork configures this. The setup travels with the map’s data, so a set whose source declares no photo field shows its fields as it always did.
How to try it
- Open a feature whose records carry photos.
- Look for the small square beside the text on its card.
- Open one of its records to see the photo at full panel width.
Exploring features in the User Guide covers this in full.
