Guides in fewer pages
Both guides have been rebuilt around the job each reader is doing. The User Guide is five pages, opening a map through to troubleshooting. The Administrator Guide is seven, from preparing a QGIS project to sharing the finished map.
Behind them sits a Product knowledge base holding every fact Groundwork publishes about how it behaves. The guides are a selection from it, so a page says what a reader needs at that point and the full detail stays in one place.
The chatbot on the documentation answers from that knowledge base, and links to the page it used.
How to try it
- Open the User Guide.
- Read one page end to end.
- Ask the chatbot a question and follow the page it links to.
