Which plan you need
The plan depends on where the map's data is:

| A privately shared Dropbox folder | Free | To save edits, share the folder privately with each editor, give them edit access, and set the map’s Sharing to Sign in to edit |

| A live WFS server | Free to view, Teams to edit | Groundwork saves edits to the server, if the server accepts them |
You decide who can open your map
Groundwork has no permissions of its own for you to manage, on either plan. Anyone who can open your Dropbox or OneDrive folder can open a map made from it. Read the details on Data and trust.
